Three recent Park West lettings, some quite large, at the business park in the past 12 months equate to 32,600 sq.ft.

Last summer, managed IT services provider Nostra relocated its headquarters to larger premises in Park West and is to create 120 jobs over the next two years in a move that that will take the total employed at the company to 270 people. The new jobs include roles in engineering, IT support, cybersecurity, and sales and marketing.

Nostra was founded in 2006 by former EY Entrepreneur of the Year finalist Kevin O’Loughlin, his brother Barry, Gary Byrne and Senan Finucance.

From their new state-of-the-art offices on Beckett Way, Nostra provides full IT support and maintenance to more than 200 companies, including BoyleSports, Dawn Farm Foods and aircraft leasing firm Avolon.

Second up, Irish tech unicorn Workhuman expanded the footprint of their Park West headquarters to over 65,000sq.ft by taking Block 18B (Ground and First) – an increase of 15,000 sq.ft to add to their existing flagship HQ in the business park.

The third and latest new tenant at Park West is Tech Data, a TD Synnex company, who have taken 2,600 sq.ft. at Unit 1i The Plaza.
