Park West collects information in a variety of ways from different parts of the service. During registration to the newsletter, Park West asks for your email address only. From time to time, we may ask you for personal information, including (but not limited to) when you enter a contest or promotion sponsored by Park West. Park West’s primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you, the user, with a customised experience. By knowing a little bit about you, Park West is able to deliver more relevant content and, hence, a better service to you. Park West also does research on our member’s demographics, interests and behaviour based on the information provided to us upon registration to the newsletter, during a promotion, from our server logs or from surveys. We do this to better understand our users. This research is compiled and analysed on an aggregated basis.

We will retain your information for as long as required to deliver your service, agreement or resolve any issues.

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, considering the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the personal information. Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. We use regular Malware Scanning.
